1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the Sunparadise Dealer Portal ("Portal"). By using the Portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Access to the Portal

2.1 Registration

Access to the Portal requires valid registration as an authorized Sunparadise dealer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information.

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others

3. Use of Content

3.1 Permitted Use

Materials provided in the Portal (marketing materials, training videos, technical documentation) may only be used for business purposes related to the distribution of Sunparadise products.

3.2 Prohibited Use

• Sharing content with third parties outside your organization
• Modification or alteration of trademarks and logos
• Use for competing products or services
• Reverse engineering of software or tools

4. Google Analytics Integration

Gold members can connect their Google Analytics account to the Portal. By connecting:

• You authorize us to retrieve your analytics data
• You confirm you have the authority to grant access
• You understand that we only store aggregated data
• You can disconnect at any time

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the Portal are the property of Sunparadise GmbH or used under license. The Portal grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials in connection with your dealer activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is". Sunparadise makes no warranty for:

• Uninterrupted availability of the Portal
• Error-free content
• Fitness for particular purposes

Sunparadise is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss in connection with the use of the Portal.

7. Termination

Sunparadise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time without prior notice, particularly in case of:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Termination of the dealer agreement
• Misuse of the Portal

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Portal notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
